The Sword Fern

Essential for any couple who wants to do most of the planning themselves. When their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work and planning. This package is perfect for the couple who wants a complete stress free day for themselves, friends, and family.

- Personalized plan and recommendations
-Unlimited email contact
- Check in a month prior to create a customized timeline
-Set up/ tear down all decor
-Detailed schedule, & timing day of
-Communication between vendors and guests
-Set up a detailed schedule for your rehearsal, wedding and reception
-Discuss with the officiant the order of events for the ceremony.

A step up from just DOC. For the couple who has some vendors and design aspects figured out. But needs some help with recommendations and pulling all the details together.
Whats included: Everything in the Sword Fern Plus
-3 in person pre-wedding consultations.
-Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
-Vendor contract reviews
-Directing the Recessional, processional and rehearsal
-Providing a emergency kit
-Attendance for final venue walkthrough
-Detailed floor plan / Customized seating chart
-Month to month checklist recommendations
-Setting up a detailed budget
-Discussing decor and design recomendations
-Booking hotels/shuttles for guests
The Royal Fern
Full Planning
Starting at $6000
For the couple who wants help every step of the way.
Whats included: Everything in our other packages plus:
-Monthly meetings (either in person, phone or Zoom) to recap planning progress and details, as needed
-Unlimited vendor consultations, phone calls & emails throughout the planning process
-Final venue walk-through
-Assistance with budget
-Month to month checklists
-Research accommodations for out of town guests, including transportation
-Schedule interview/appointments with all prospective vendors around your availability
-Review all venue and vendor contracts
-Assistance with ordering wedding stationery: save the dates, invitations, name cards, menus, programs, etc.
-Attend any vendor meetings/tastings as needed
-Confirm arrival and departure times with all vendors, as well as quantities on rental items
-On-site for up to 16 hours of wedding day event management
-Detailed wedding day timeline creation & distribution to vendors, venue, and bride & groom
-Oversee and help with ceremony/reception site set-up & tear-down
Placement of items that may not be handled by vendors: wedding programs, menus, place cards, guest book, favors, etc.
-Greet and direct vendors, wedding party, & guests
Work with DJ on cuing music for ceremony & reception
-Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as necessary
